Good value on a custom piece

As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best deal on a custom katana without sacrificing quality. I managed to get a decent discount through a seasonal promotion which made the custom blade length and handle length options more affordable. The total price felt fair for a damascus steel sword. It took a while to arrive, almost a month, but considering it's a custom-forged item, I expected some wait. The sword is impressive, and I feel I got good value for my money.

Consistently great swords

This is my third purchase from Swords of Northshire, and they've been consistently reliable. I previously bought a wakizashi and a tanto, and this time I got a high carbon steel katana. The quality is always there, and they hold up well for martial arts practice. I appreciate that the custom engraving I asked for was done perfectly again. Their packaging is also top-notch, everything arrives securely. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they always deliver.

Got a cool tachi, arrived fine

I picked up a tachi from here a couple weeks ago. It was pretty easy to order, and the website worked well. Shipping took a little bit, maybe like three weeks, but it got here safely. The sword looks really good, feels sturdy. It's for my collection, so I haven't really put it through its paces or anything, but it looks awesome on the sword stand I also got. No complaints, pretty good experience all around.

Absolutely love my new katana!

Oh my goodness, I just received my folded steel katana and it is absolutely stunning! The detail on the custom tsuba is incredible, and the blade itself is just beautiful. It feels amazing in hand, so much better than I even imagined. I spent some time customizing the ito and saya, and it all came together perfectly. I'm so glad I chose them! I will definitely be shopping here again for more! I'm already telling my friends about it.

Good quality, delivery took a while

I ordered a custom katana from Swords of Northshire, and overall, I'm quite satisfied. The craftsmanship is solid; the clay tempered blade looks really nice and feels well-balanced. It's definitely a battle ready sword, as advertised. My only real gripe was the shipping time. It took about 4 weeks to get here, which felt a bit long even for a custom piece. A clearer estimate upfront would have been helpful, but the product itself is high quality for the price.
